PowerHarbor Energy, a brand operated by Noion LLC (“PowerHarbor,” “we,” “us”). Effective June 22, 2026.

By accessing this website or submitting a request for a solar estimate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our services

PowerHarbor Energy provides residential solar consultations and estimates and connects homeowners with solar system and financing options. Any installation is performed by our licensed installation partner(s) under separate agreements between you and that provider.

2. Estimates are not guarantees

Quotes, savings figures, and estimates we provide are illustrative and depend on factors including your energy usage, utility rates, roof and site conditions, credit and program eligibility, and applicable incentives. They are not a binding offer and do not guarantee any specific savings or outcome.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a homeowner, and located in the United States to request a consultation. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Communications consent

By submitting your information you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms, including by phone call and text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site are owned by Noion LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Third parties

The site may reference or link to third-party products, financing, or installers. We are not responsible for the content, products, or separate agreements of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and our information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerHarbor Energy and Noion LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective” date above reflects the latest version.
