PowerHarbor Energy, a brand operated by Noion LLC (“PowerHarbor,” “we,” “us”). Effective June 22, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request a solar estimate or contact us, how we use it, and your choices — including how our text-message (SMS) program works and how to opt out.
Information we collect
When you submit our quote form (on this website or through our Facebook/Instagram lead forms), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, home address, homeownership status, and information about your electric bill and energy usage. We may also collect basic technical data (such as device/browser information) when you visit the site.
How we use your information
- To prepare and discuss your solar estimate and financing options.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
- To contact you by phone call and text message about your request (see SMS Terms below).
- To improve our services and for recordkeeping, security, and legal compliance.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent
Consent. By providing your phone number and agreeing to the consent language on our quote form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages and phone calls (including via autodialer and prerecorded or AI voice) from PowerHarbor Energy at the number provided regarding your solar estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message types. Appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages about the solar estimate you requested.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (518) 217-5424 / joe.tp089@gmail.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your SMS consent. No mobile information — including your phone number and text-messaging opt-in data and consent — will be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information sharing. We may share data only with vendors/subcontractors that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our messaging platform), and only as needed to deliver the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the SMS opt-in carve-out above, we may share information with service providers who perform services for us (such as scheduling, CRM, email, and our solar installation partner) under obligations of confidentiality, or where required by law.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Calls/email: tell us and we will stop, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.
- You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
